Once the business owner understands that the best and the only way to sell and transfer their business is by a share of future sales and profit of their business and not a lump sum, SBEN will help find the most qualified takeover candidate. While this is not the business owner's first choice, it's better then shutting down and walking away from a study income for years to come, if the business does what the owner claims it does.
